v0.7.9: woningen van leads en klanten uit de CRM (alleen in de Docker-stack, api/crm/ via Caddy): bij Nieuw te zoeken en te openen, ?woning=<id> opent er direct één; Opslaan in CRM (ook Ctrl+S in zo'n tab) bewaart een nieuwe versie met opmerking, met waarschuwing als er intussen een nieuwere versie is; Downloaden (JSON + PDF) blijft; sluiten met niet-bewaarde wijzigingen vraagt bevestiging
